Some alerts may include information about your financial accounts, products, and services, such as an account balance. For privacy, do not use email accounts accessible by others. Any time an alert contains your account balance, keep in mind that it may not reflect all transactions, including recent debit card transactions or checks you have written.

Hills Bank does not guarantee the delivery of any alerts nor the accuracy or the contents of any alerts. You understand and agree that any alerts provided to you may be delayed or prevented due to service outages affecting your phone, wireless, or internet provider, technology failures, and/or system capacity limitations. By enrolling in Hills Alerts, you agree that Hills Bank will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from: (i) non-delivery, delayed delivery, or wrong delivery of any alert; (ii) inaccurate content in any alert; or (iii) your use of, or reliance on, the contents of any alert for any purpose.

You may customize, stop, or suspend alerts at any time. Either you or Hills Bank may terminate your use of alerts at any time without notice. There is no charge for alerts from Hills Bank, but message and data rates may apply.
